Step 1
E-mail the details of the item(s) that you want to purchase:

including your NAME, CONTACT NUMBER and POSTING ADDRESS to missshopaholicscloset@gmail.com

For the SUBJECT TITLE, please indicate:

ORDER - if you confirmed you want to purchase the item(s) and we will reply you with a CONFIRMATION ORDER email and reserve the item(s) for you if it is available.

ENQUIRY - if you are not sure of the order and just want to make enquiries about it.

RESTOCK - if item(s) is sold out but stated restockable and you would like us to restock it for you.

Step 2
We will reply to your email within 48 hours to notify you on the availability. If item(s) is available we will reply you with a CONFIRMATION ORDER email together with the MAYBANK or CIMB Account Number for payment.

** Please note that item(s) is only reserve for you after the CONFIRMATION ORDER email is sent to you. By enquiring on the sizes, colours or etc does not mean item(s) is reserved for you.

Step 3
Bank In / Transfer payment to the MAYBANK / CIMB Account Number given in our email to you.

(We would really appreciate it that you inform us if you are unable to make payment on time or whenever you change your mind and decided to cancel the order.)

Step 4
After making payment, email us a proof of payment (eg: email notification directly from the bank, screen shots of transaction or scan / picture of transaction slip) showing the details of your payment:

Date and Time of Payment:

We will reply to your email within 48 hours to confirm your payment status.

(Mode of Payment shall be either via Cash Deposit, Wire Transfer, Maybank2U OR CIMB Clicks)

Step 5
Upon confirmation of your payment, your item(s) will be post to you within the next 2 working days.

1. Buyer will have to bear the posting cost.

2. All item(s) will be posted via Registered Mail by Pos Malaysia. (Please inform us if you want your item(s) to be posted via Pos Laju and we will email you on the postage cost)

3. The posting charges for Registered Mail (Within Malaysia only) are as follow:

*For Clothes / Belts*
1 item = RM3
2 -3 items = RM4
4 or more items = free postage!

*For Jackets / Shoes / Bag*
1 pair / item = from RM5 (depending on weight)

For Overseas postage, please email to enquire

4. Upon confirmation of your payment, your item will be posted to you within the next 2 working days.

5. Postage transit time via Registered Mail

Within KL and Selangor:
1-3 working days

Other states within Peninsular Malaysia:
2-5 working days

Sabah and Sarawak:
4-7 working days
