TERMS & CONDITIONS

1) Any items from any Japanese Brands will be accepted. Only limited to Japanese Brands!! (Example: Burberry Blue Label / Black Label, Samantha Thavasa, Liz Lisa, Onitsuka Tiger, Evisu, etc)
2) Full payment of the price of the item(s) is required to confirm your order.
3) No cancellation after payment has been made (SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY – Please make up your mind before placing an order).
4) We reserve the right to cancel the order due to any unforeseen circumstances.
5) Should the exchange rate increases, we may cancel the order unless buyer agrees to the new rate.
6) Full refund will be given if the item you wanted is not available or if we cancel the order. To avoid disappointment, do give us your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice!
7) Order is based on first come first serve upon confirmation with payment.
8) Shopping Spree will be close on the 25th May 2010 or when we reach our limit on certain items (we will announce it on the website).
9) All items (except for bags) will be posted out locally via Pos Malaysia - please refer to rates at the tab at the top of the page under "How to Shop". Psst: You can now save on international postage / shipping cost!! Items will be posted out latest by 15 June 2010.
10) For Bags, we will meet up at Mid Valley or Sunway Pyramid between 15-21 June 2010. (Meet up time will be decided at a later date)
